Our firm is not your typical law firm! We don’t take every case that comes through the door. We don’t rely on a high volume of cases generated by gigantic television, radio and Yellow Page advertising. We do not claim to handle every type of law under the sun. Quite frankly, we do not want to handle every type of law under the sun because we do not need to.

We are not a television personal injury mill. Every year, we accept a limited number of carbon monoxide cases from the people who ask us to represent them.  By not taking every case we have more time for your case and we believe this gives us the ability to achieve better results overall. 

Sometimes the best advice you can get when you are contemplating filing a lawsuit is that you do not have a claim that can be won.
